WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept all major credit and debit cards through secure online invoicing, as well as cash. A $75 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. For studio sessions, the studio rental fee is also due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Portrait galleries are delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session. Every image is carefully hand-edited to ensure it reflects the quality and style of Kala C. Photography.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL IMAGES?
Absolutely! If your collection includes a set number of digital images, you'll have the opportunity to purchase additional images or professional prints directly from your online gallery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If weather conditions aren't suitable for your outdoor session, we'll reschedule at no additional charge to ensure the best possible experience and lighting.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
After booking, you'll receive a styling guide along with access to my Client Closet (upon request). I recommend choosing comfortable, timeless clothing in coordinating colors that reflect your family's personality and complement the space where you'll display your photos.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! I photograph sessions throughout Rockwall, Fate, Royse City, Dallas, and surrounding North Texas areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area.
